From Love to Integrity/Meditation – From Love to Dhamma

Just as we cannot see the water flowing with the naked eye as what we see inflowing is mere the movement of waves only. I think it would be difficult for the ordinary heart to experience the concept of eternal love. True love is unconditional.Sayadaw U Zawtika said that true love is to make one’s lover psychologically, physically, and mentally independent. As a lover, you will live in an environment that makes her/him happy or happier than you are. When you know that your beloved is happier are with someone who can keep him/her happier, you would let him/her go with good feelings for him/her..Having that kind of deep love leads to integrity. I also experienced the love of meditation from the Dhamma taught by the Buddha. Unconditional love and deep love are as deep as a river flowing without waves. The same is true of the Dhamma. The Dhamma that flows without waves can not be seen by the naked eye. It cannot be seen in normal practice. True love is usually characterized by ordinary expressions of kindness and love, contemplating common points and invisible points in the environment. However, true love could not be seen with the naked eye as the Dhamma..is it not a matter of practice
